Terms and Conditions
Welcome to CameraGuru. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CameraGuru platform, available at [www.cameraguru.com], including any related services, features, content, and tools provided (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
“User” – any individual or entity using the CameraGuru Platform.
“Service Provider” – a User who offers services via the Platform (e.g., photographers, videographers, makeup artists, stylists, etc.).
“Service Seeker” – a User seeking or posting requests for services.
“Listing” – a service advertisement or project post created by a User.
“Platform” – the CameraGuru website and any related digital environments operated by the Company.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
Users must register an account to post or respond to listings.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
CameraGuru reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Listings and Content
Service Providers may create listings to promote their services.
Service Seekers may post project requests or job offers.
All listings must be truthful, lawful, and respectful. Misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
CameraGuru reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates our policies or these Terms.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
Refrain from posting or sharing any content that is harmful, obscene, or violates any applicable laws;
Not attempt to scrape, copy, or replicate the Platform’s content or functionality;
Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. CameraGuru is not responsible for the content, terms, or performance of third-party websites or providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks on the Platform, unless provided by users, are the property of CameraGuru or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant CameraGuru a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content within the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
CameraGuru is not a party to any agreement between Service Providers and Service Seekers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services offered or requested on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CameraGuru shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
CameraGuru may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the integrity of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
CameraGuru reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures of Latvia.
